Norwegian Prayer Towel
This wonderful kitchen towel features a traditional Norwegian table prayer. Translated to English it reads: "In Jesus' name, to the table we go, to eat and drink according to his word. To God the honor, to us the gain, so we have food in Jesus' name." Ames, Iowa-based designer Lisa Hovis created the Uffda - Lefse line to celebrate her Norwegian ancestry and commemorate her paternal grandmother Esmer Roningen Hovis.
